We are looking to employ an HR Intern to assist with various tasks within the human resources department, providing support to the HR team with various administrative tasks, employee engagement initiatives, and recruitment efforts.

Role: As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various initiatives, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits administration, and other HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed and that employee needs are met. Overall, the HR Intern will play an important role in supporting the HR team to help create a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of an HR Intern may include assisting with recruitment efforts, such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. You may also help with onboarding new hires, including preparing new employee packets and conducting new employee orientations. Additionally, HR Interns may assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as planning and organising company events, developing employee recognition programs, and updating the employee handbook. Other responsibilities may include maintaining employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and handling various administrative tasks as needed.
