We are looking to employ a Director of Compliance Systems, responsible for overseeing and managing the compliance systems of a company or organisation, ensuring that all activities are in line with applicable laws and regulations. You will manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance systems, policies, and procedures.

Role: As a Director of Compliance Systems, you will be responsible for managing the company’s compliance systems, policies, and procedures. You will ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations, and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of a Director of Compliance Systems may include managing and leading a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to other departments, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting compliance audits and risk assessments, monitoring regulatory changes and updating compliance programs accordingly, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to regulatory agencies.

What we are looking for: We are looking for a Director of Compliance Systems with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance or risk management. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations, and strong leadership and management skills. You should also have experience with compliance technology and tools, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Even better if you have/are: An ideal candidate for a Director of Compliance Systems may have a professional certification in compliance, such as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM). You may also have experience working with compliance management software or other technology, and experience in a specific industry, such as healthcare or financial services. Additionally, candidates with experience in managing compliance systems on a global scale would be highly preferred.
