We are looking to employ a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels, using analytics and experimentation to optimise marketing efforts and achieving business goals such as revenue growth and user engagement.

Role: As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and other. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention by using analytics and experimentation to optimise marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to identify and execute growth initiatives.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of a Growth Marketing Manager may include developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimising conversion rates and user engagement, analysing data to identify growth opportunities, and leading cross-functional growth initiatives. You may also be responsible for managing marketing budgets, forecasting and reporting on marketing metrics, and staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

What we are looking for: We are looking for a data-driven marketer with a strong track record of driving growth through digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels, as well as a deep understanding of marketing analytics and experimentation. You should also have experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and design teams. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Even better if you have/are: An ideal Growth Marketing Manager candidate may have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, as well as experience in growth marketing or digital marketing. You may have experience with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, and A/B testing tools. You may also have experience working in a startup environment and managing marketing budgets. A growth mindset and a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement are highly valued in this role.
