We are looking to employ a Guest Experience Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall guest experience at a hospitality establishment. You should oversee the guest services team, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to guests, and be responsible for managing guest feedback and resolving any issues that arise.

Role: As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing the guest services team and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to guests. You will also be responsible for managing guest feedback and resolving any issues that arise, as well as developing and implementing guest experience initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of a Guest Experience Manager may include managing the guest services team, monitoring and responding to guest feedback, developing and implementing guest experience initiatives, coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, overseeing the reservations and check-in process, and managing guest requests and issues.

What we are looking for: We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality or guest services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough understanding of guest service and hospitality standards. You should also have experience in managing and motivating teams, and the ability to manage guest feedback and resolve issues effectively.

Even better if you have/are: An ideal candidate for a Guest Experience Manager may have additional training or certification in hospitality, service, or management. You may also have experience in developing and implementing guest experience initiatives, as well as experience with hospitality technology, such as property management systems or guest feedback tools. Candidates who are fluent in Swahili would be preferred, as it is a common language spoken in many parts of East Africa.
