We are looking to employ a Junior Social Media Manager who will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness, managing social media channels, creating content, and monitoring metrics to optimise performance and achieve marketing goals.

Role: As a Junior Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will collaborate with the content team to create engaging and visually appealing content and monitor the performance of social media channels using analytics tools. You will also manage social media advertising campaigns and track metrics to report on the effectiveness of social media efforts.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of a Junior Social Media Manager may include creating and executing social media campaigns, managing social media channels, creating, and scheduling content, monitoring social media analytics, reporting on social media metrics, and collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. You may also be responsible for managing social media advertising campaigns, responding to customer inquiries and comments, and staying up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies.

What we are looking for: We are looking for a creative and motivated individual with experience in social media marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, excellent communication and writing skills, and a passion for storytelling. You should also have experience with social media management and analytics tools, as well as experience with social media advertising campaigns. A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Even better if you have/are: An ideal Junior Social Media Manager candidate may have experience in graphic design or video production, as well as a strong understanding of SEO and content marketing. You may also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently are highly valued in this role. A passion for social media and digital marketing, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends, are also highly desirable.
