We are looking to employ an Underbutler who is a skilled and experienced member of the household staff, responsible for providing personalised service and support to the principal and the casino, having a thorough understanding of formal service, etiquette, and household management.

Role: As an Underbutler, you will be responsible for providing personalised and attentive service to the principal and casino, ensuring the needs and requests which are met in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with other members of the staff, such as the head butler, maintenance and housekeeper, to ensure the smooth running of the household. You may also be responsible for training and supervising junior household staff, as well as managing household inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities of an Underbutler may include providing personalised and attentive service to the principal and in estate overall, supervising and training junior household staff, managing household inventory and supplies, coordinating formal events and gatherings ensuring the smooth running of the household, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

What we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Underbutler with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a private household or high-end hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough understanding of formal service, etiquette, and household management. You should also have experience in managing and training junior household staff, as well as managing inventory and supplies.

Even better if you have/are: An ideal Underbutler candidate may have additional training or certification in hospitality, service, or household management. You may also have experience in coordinating formal events and dinners. A high level of attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in other household duties, such as housekeeping or gardening, may be beneficial.
